What are the main issues?
Loss of green space and habitats, and no community alternatives being provided
Massive increase in vehicle movements on residential roads not designed to cope, such as Henby Way and Hillcrest Road
52% increase in the number of proposed properties, such as Griffin Lane (originally it was 70 properties now it’s 130)
Blocks of flats proposed along ‘Pinebanks Ridge’
Road safety concerns
Anglia water have not assessed the impact
